Imagine being able to add, delete or change content in any section of your Web site, yourself. That is what our web based administrative pages (templates) allow you to do. The way this works is that we create templates for various sections. Then, anyone that you or your organization designates can update content, including text, photos, links and attachments, quickly and easily. This is particularly useful for sections of your site that are frequently updated or changed. You can even set an expiration date for each article or event so that it is automatically removed from the Web site when it is no longer relevant. This means that site visitors will never see "stale" content.
Approval and Security
Internal approvals and security levels can be enforced for those individuals that can update content. Each approaches it slightly differently and we will work with you to develop a system that will work best for your organization. For example, various department heads may have the ability to edit information and when they wish to change it, the proposed change is e-mailed to an overall administrator who can approve it or disapprove it right from their e-mail.
